Booking Confirmation: A booking will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us. If we are unable to confirm your booking, we will notify you at the earliest. Changes to Booking: You may request changes to your booking by contacting our support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability.
4. User Responsibilities Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup location, destination, contact information, and any special requests. Payment: You agree to pay the fare as per the rates provided at the time of booking. Payment can be made through cash or online payment methods as available on our platform. Respectful Behavior: You agree to behave respectfully towards our drivers and fellow passengers during the ride. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the service without refund. No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited inside the taxi.
5. Pricing and Payments Fare Calculation: The fare for your ride will be calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges, which may vary depending on factors such as demand, peak hours, or special services.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting times, or changes in the route during the ride.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, card, or mobile wallet, depending on availability.
Refunds: If you cancel your booking within a specific timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any cancellation fees, if applicable. Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a booking at any time prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after the booking is confirmed may incur a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation fee will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our review and approval. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will not be granted for services that have already been rendered.
7. Driver Conduct All of our drivers are professional and trained to provide safe and efficient service. However, the conduct and actions of drivers during the ride must also adhere to our guidelines: Licensed and Verified: All drivers are fully licensed, insured, and have passed background checks.
Timely Service: Drivers are committed to being punctual, but may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather conditions.
Driver Rights: Drivers have the right to refuse service if the customer engages in illegal activities or disruptive behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability Service Availability: While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Golden Drop Taxi cannot guarantee the availability of taxis at all times due to unforeseen circumstances. Force Majeure: Golden Drop Taxi is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, or vehicle malfunctions. Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
